After a year and a half engagement, I built quite a large bridal magazine collection. I spent many evenings flipping through the pages looking at puffy white dresses, pretty pastel flowers, beautiful venues and sparkly diamonds. Another trend I noticed this season in weddings are the Bridal Robes, a.k.a.”getting ready robes”. Either in satin, cotton or silk, brides along with her bridesmaids are getting ready in colour coordinated robes. I fell in love with them instantly and knew I needed to have these! Another project on the list!

First off, I needed the right fabric. I knew I wanted a cotton with a floral print!

I’m so glad I decided to make the robes for the girls. We were able to get ready hassle free, and they made us feel pretty and looked great in pictures! I highly recommend them, so feel free to contact me to order.

Happy Sewing!
